A Spätlese charmer dressed in light straw yellow awaits you here, straight out of a picture book! We use particularly ripe grapes for this lovely white wine cuvée so that it can develop its wonderful melting potential in all its glory. Two grape varieties are used for this - nothing spectacular in itself, but the two rarely appear together in a wine. These are aromatic, racy Sauvignon Blanc and floral, harmonious Pinot Blanc. And this unusual late harvest combination is really impressive! The wine has a distinct personality and knows how to captivate with its intense, ripe fruit (peach, guava, mango). But freshness is by no means neglected here, so that a balanced and stimulating late harvest enjoyment experience is guaranteed. And the delicately bitter, nuanced finish, accompanied by almond notes, quickly makes you want more.
